Sweat Bar Fitness HYROX Program

At Sweat Bar Fitness , we are proud to be an Official HYROX Training
Club , offering a complete, structured system designed to prepare you for
race day—or simply take your fitness to the next level.

HYROX-Specific Training

Our dedicated HYROX classes run:

  • Saturday & Sunday at 7:00 AM

These sessions are built to mirror the demands of competition—combining
endurance, strength, and functional performance so you know exactly what to
expect when you step onto the HYROX floor.

HYROX + HIIT (High-Performance Conditioning)

We also offer HYROX-style training integrated into our weekly schedule:

  • Wednesdays (6 class times available)
  • Saturdays at 8:00 AM & 9:00 AM

These classes feature:

  • Fast-paced, structured workouts
  • Explosive movements
  • Functional exercises used in HYROX competition
  • Strategic interval training to build speed and stamina

Full-System Training Approach

Your performance doesn’t come from one style of training—it comes from the system.

  • Mondays & Fridays – Premier Strength Training
  • Build strength, improve technique, and increase muscle. Leave feeling accomplished and progressing.
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays – Functional Conditioning
  • Resistance-based, fast-paced workouts that blend strength and conditioning for real-world performance.

Beyond the Gym

We don’t just train—we compete and build experiences:

  • Mini HYROX events hosted in-house
  • Road & Trail Races, including distances from 5K to 50K
  • Home to two premier 50K trail races each year

Our HYROX program is led by:

Coach Annette Priest (CPT) – an experienced HYROX competitor who
understands exactly what it takes to perform at a high level and will guide
you every step of the way.
